What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use SheetOS, we store the workbooks, tables, sheets, and data you create. We also collect basic usage data — pages visited, features used, errors encountered — to improve the product.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide the service. Your workbook data belongs to you. We use usage analytics to fix bugs and improve SheetOS. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your workbook data to train AI models.
Third-party services
SheetOS uses third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to power the AI agent. When the agent processes your requests, relevant context from your workbook may be sent to these providers to generate responses. These providers have their own privacy policies and do not use your data for training.
Data storage
Your data is stored on secure servers. Each workbook has its own isolated database schema. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit.
Your rights

The service

Your data
You own the data you put into SheetOS. We do not claim ownership of your workbooks, tables, or any content you create. You grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Don't use SheetOS for anything illegal. Don't attempt to access other users' data. Don't abuse the AI agent or use it to generate harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI-generated content
The AI agent researches the web and generates data on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying data that the agent collects and produces.
Service availability
SheetOS is in early development. The service may change, have downtime, or be discontinued. We'll give reasonable notice before any major changes. We provide the service "as is" without warranty.
Credits and billing
SheetOS uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are non-refundable but never expire. Pricing may change, but purchased credits will always be honored at the rate you paid.
